Light follows dark, just like the morning follows the night. Following a dark night of the soul, you are called to be the light for yourself. Acknowledge the darkness that is a part of you and then live and act from the light. The Yin, from the YinYang symbol, is the receptive side, the one who surrenders, acknowledges and is strengthened by all that has been experienced and chooses to live from a place of empowered love. My choice of a horse that is not pure white (a grey horse for those familiar with equestrian terminology) was deliberate. Note the darker markings, mane and tail on a lighter body reflecting the Yin symbol. As an enlightened being, you contain both the light and the dark. The Yin symbol contains the dark within, just as the Yang contains the light within. Live from the Yin.
